Ok... here's the rules.
When you put your character into the cyber world, you have a set number of ability points. You can only use these at first, then, after a while, you gain experience, which you can use to gain more power.
Attibutes and gaining levels
At first, you will be given 10 experience levels... to make things fair for everyone. All abilities and stuff start on 2 though, so you're not at nothing in the beginning... of course, if you want to sacrifice any, you can.
Health starts at 100hp - each exp lvl gives 10hp added to your total.
Mana (or power) starts at 75pp- each exp lvl gives 15pp added to your total.
Strength starts at 2- each exp gives 1 to your total. (Weapon ability, attack strength, defence strength)
Speed starts at 2- each exp gives 1 to your total. (Agility, chance to dodge, Endurance)
Intelligence starts at 2- each exp lvl gives 1 to your total. (Magic cost, awareness, charisma)
Level experience points needed is equal to 2 times the level. So, if you are on level 5, you will need 500 experience points to go to level 6. Everyone starts on level 1.
What they mean.
Str lvl 1- attack strength: 1-10 defence: 0
2- attack strength: 11-20 defence: 1-2
3- attack strength: 21-30 defence: 2-3
