Okay, this was only going to be a one shot, but the idea won't leave me alone. I'm writing directly onto the board, instead of into Word first, so it'll probably be short bits and pieces. So.....
Tommy looked up at the high school, still unable to believe what he'd discovered about this Buffy.
According to her school principal (whom he'd managed to get an interview with by saying he was looking at offering her a scholarship) she was a trouble maker. A look at her police file, thanks to Justin's help, confirmed that.
However, digging deeper, Tommy had discovered something he hadn't expected. This girl was out everynight fighting of things that, even as a Power Ranger, he'd though to be nothing but fantasy.
Yet, still, he didn't have the full story. so he'd contacted Dimitria back in Angel Grove. She had, in turn, told him the story of the Vampire Slayer. Tommy couldn't believe Zordon had allowed these girls to fight alone. Dimitria, however, had told him that, at times when she needed it, Zordon had sent help. Before the conversation had finished, Dimitria had given him one of her riddles, which still puzzled him.
"If you are going help her, then you must delve into hte past, both hers, and her own. If you do not, she will not live past the year."
Muttering something about Inquirian riddles, Tommy walked towards the school. His information had told him her base of operations was within. Hopefully, she'd let him help.

Dimitria is the second mentor. She and her assistant, Alpha VI took over when Zordon and Alpha V returned to Zordon's home Planet of Eltar during Turbo.
Dimitria herself is from Inquiria, as in inquiry. Her race always asked riddles instead of answering questions. This forced the Rangers to actually use their brains instead of having things laid out for them.

Not intirely because if Angel lost his soul than within a year would be graduation. So I don't know exactly what your meaning.

Alright, I just came with this tid bit. enjoy.
As Tommy walked towards teh Library he felt a strange humming in his back pocket. He reached in and pulled out teh small black case he carried everywhere. withing was a reminder of his days as a Ranger. the only one left.
The Green Power Coin.
He opened the case and stared at teh faint green flashes the radiated from it.
"what the hell is goin on here?" He muttered. The Coin had no more Power, not even Zordon could give it a stable energy boost. So why the now? What was goin on? Was this what Dimitria was talking about.
"too many questions, not enough answers," he muttered, putting the coin away and heading for the Library. Talk to Buffy first, figure this out later.

Tommy walked in to the middle of an argument.
"Buffy, he's not Angel anymore! He's a dangerous monster! Just stake him already!"
"I can't!" Buffy screamed at the boy who was attacking her, verbally at least.
"Is there a problem here?" Tommy asked. Everyone looked at him, just noicing he was there.
"Um, no," the blonde said. "Who are...wait, I know you? I saved you from the vamps the other night. Tommy, right?"
"And you're Buffy," Tommy said with a nod. "The Slayer."
"How did you...?"
"I did some research," Tommy said. "I know what you face. I want to help."

"No," Buffy said instantly. "Look, I'm glad someone else out there knows, but I'm not letting anyone else get dragged into this and getting hurt."
"I lived four years in Angel Grove," Tommy said calmly. "I think I can handle 'the battle between good and evil'." the fact he'd been an active participant in that battle, on either side, during those four years, he kept to himself.
"This isn't some dopey sapce witch coming down with clay dummies, or some single minded machines or...whatever it is you've got problems with over their now. Demons are dangerous, and won't just hold you hostage. This is a war. I'm not letting you get involoved in this."
"Whether you like the idea or not, I'm involved," Tommy said, going into what Rocky had dubbed his 'leader voice'. "So's anyone else who knows, heck, anyone one the planet. We all live here. And i am not standing aside because you don't lik the idea of people getting hurt."
"Deja vu, anyone?" the dark haired boy said, cheerfully, walking up to Tommy. "I said something similar when Wills and me first found out, only not quite so word-y. I'm Xander, by the way."
"Fine," Buffy said exasperatedly. "Just...don't go looking for trouble."
"You don't need to worry about that," Tommy said with a small grin. "Trouble has a way of finding me," and how, he added.
